Glacial Dental was founded by Dr. Michael Alsouss in Parma, OH. After developing a dental practice that is superior in quality of dental care, patient loyalty and satisfaction, practice growth and production.

Today, Glacial Dental provides world-class dental care as well as dental franchise opportunities across the United States. Our mission and core values are rooted in love of others and an amazing world-class patient experience. At Glacial Dental home office our mission mantra is to, "Love God, Serve Others & Have fun."

We are motivated by love of our patients, our dentists and our staff and every person whose life we get the honor of impacting.  This is rooted in the faith-based and patient-focused principles of our founder Dr. Michael Alsouss.
